Offline: Offline file activation
The target host does not need internet access. Exchange a .hqreq request and a .hqlic activation file.
1. Export a request on the target host
Location: License → Offline activation.
- Enter the license code and choose Export offline device file.
- Save the .hqreq file and move it to a computer that can reach the authorization center. Generate it on the host that will run the software.
2. Obtain the activation file
On the connected computer, open the authorization-center link shown by the offline activation page.
- Upload the .hqreq file and complete the authorization flow shown on the page.
- Download the returned .hqlic file and move it back to the requesting host. Keep files associated with their hosts when activating several devices.
3. Import and inspect the result
Return to Offline activation on the target host.
- Click “Select activation file”, choose the .hqlic file, then click “Load activation file” and wait for local validation and saving to finish.
- Confirm that the permanent license is active, then inspect runtime services.
- For a mismatch or validation failure, retain the file and check the target installation against the error. Generate a new request from the current host if required.
