Assign Viewer, Operator, or Manager accounts; avoid a shared manager login.Password policy
The app does not enforce non-empty passwords or a minimum length. Set a non-empty, unique password for each account and disable accounts that are no longer needed.
Viewer
Can list, preview supported files, and download. Use for customers, acceptance users, or anyone who only needs packages.
Operator
Can list, download, upload, create folders, and rename. Use for people who submit logs, screenshots, and reports.
Manager
Adds deletion to Operator file actions. Host maintainers add accounts, reset passwords, and assign roles through the desktop Manage users dialog or CLI; there is no web user-management page.
Last-manager protection
The system blocks disabling, downgrading, or deleting the last enabled Manager. The built-in admin account cannot be deleted.
