Guide

When users search for LAN file sharing, internal file sharing, or delivery package distribution, they need to confirm shared folders, permissions, deployment mode, and download paths.

HQShare is independent from HQControl and focuses on controlled LAN file exchange. Web login, roles, path limits, Windows desktop operation, and Linux systemd deployment reduce file-flow risk on site.

  • Share only a dedicated folder, not an unrestricted file system.
  • Roles control download, upload, rename, delete, and user management entries.
  • Use the desktop program on Windows and systemd service on Linux.
Scope

HQShare is suitable for delivery package distribution, log collection, visual records, reports, and temporary field material exchange. It does not replace enterprise file platforms or HQControl runtime data management.

  • Fits local network and field delivery environments.
  • Fits temporary or long-term controlled file exchange.
  • Runs independently from the runtime platform.
Access and actions

Users sign in through the web interface and receive download, upload, rename, delete, and user-management permissions by role. Shared folders and path limits should be confirmed before deployment.

  • Regular users receive only necessary file actions.
  • Administrators maintain users and sharing scope.
  • Shared folders should be separated from system and private directories.
Deployment

Windows engineering workstations use the desktop program and current-user startup. Linux IPCs, gateways, or servers can run through systemd service deployment. The downloads center shows current official access paths.
